Loss of effectiveness of Trimix Need Some Advice Worried! masturbation Urologist visit ... bladder infection causing impotence?
Porno a Problem? To soft cheap generic meds online

I went to the urologist today. Honestly, I figured the outcome would be that he would re-new my Viagra prescription (that was prescribed by my general physician years ago) and would say "it's psychological; you just need to be more comfortable with the girl you're with".

He had me answer some questions regarding my daily urination and erections. Then he did some tests. His conclusion is that I may have a bladder infection. He concluded this based on the fact that I piss 10+ times a day, and the results of the tests, which included peeing in a bucket that measures that urine flow out of my body. He said this is likely the cause of my partial impotence as well. If this is the case, that would be GREAT. Anyway, I'm taking the medication he prescribed and I have a follow up visit in 2 weeks.
It may take longer to have a final conclusion, but I'll send a follow up email in a few weeks.

I asked about sex in the interim, and he gave me sample Cialis. I told him I prefer Viagra b/c I drink alcohol on weekends, and he said you'd have to drink a whole lot & in a short time for it to harmful (or whatever) even w/ Cialis (I could drink w/ Viagra).
In any case, I just hope the next few weeks prove that it was a bladder infection. This would be awesome if I'm able to cure two issues at once.

BTW, has anyone else ever experienced or heard that a bladder infection can cause impotence? Thanks for any feedback.

This is a follow up to the first email I sent 2 weeks ago (below)...

It's been 2 weeks and I went in for a follow up visit.
Honestly, I still feel the same as the day I went in... I pee 10+ times a day and I feel the same in the ED department. The only difference is that this week my urine flow was 'improved', but I explained to the doc that I think the first visit was an exception b/c I really, really had to go and after he did the anal test, I just wasn't able to urinate as usual. So this time I was and it was normal.

But my doctor said my urine had blood in it (which they did not detect the first visit). Also, after I urinated at the office, he did a test and said there was still urine in my bladder. He's still convinced it's a bladder infection and that I need to continue with those anti-infection pills until my next visit in 2 weeks. They are going to do a CAT scan in my next visit and then more tests a few days after that. Just glad I found a urologist who isn't giving up. I did ask him to give me a prescirption for 100mg Viagra until this is resolved. I tried 20mg of Cialis last week and didn't feel a thing, so I'm sticking w/ the Viagra. It sure would be nice if it was just an infection that resolves the excess urination and ED at the same time!! I'll send another post after the next visit.

After I sent my first email, I did not get a reply from anyone who said they have heard ED being a result of a bladder infection... a surprise! Is that still
the case? If you have heard of this, please let us know.

Thanks!

First of all. STOP HAVING SEX WHILE INFECTED! Some infections can pass on from your infected precum and ejaculate. You should be extra
sanitary otherwise, and snapping on a condom right when you whip it out isn't easy with an ED problem.

I can only assume that your situation is what they mean when they list infection as a possible cause of impotence. There have been people hospitalised with near fatal flu that were impotent for months after.
